Your cameras are on your network.
We treat them that way.

We design, install and maintain CCTV, access control and alarms for Australian organisations, then secure the network they sit on and the identities they trust. One team, one contract, one number to call.

WHAT FACILITIES AND IT MANAGERS TELL US
"The integrator installed it, invoiced us, and we haven't heard from them since."

We hand over documentation and an asset register your team can use. If you want us to stay, managed customers get monitoring, maintenance and a monthly report on every device.

"Nobody has patched the recorder since the day it went in. It's on the same network as everything else."

We put cameras and recorders on their own network segment, remove default passwords and keep firmware current, with Nueva Cyber on the same job.

"When someone leaves, we kill the login. The building pass is a separate job, and sometimes it doesn't happen."

When we look after both your IT and your doors, a leaver is offboarded once: accounts, devices and building pass together. We already do this for Anytime Fitness at head office and corporate clubs.

WHY NUEVA SECURE

One perimeter. One identity.

Three things you will not get from a camera company.

Your security devices are computers on your network.

Cameras, recorders, door controllers and intercoms are edge devices. In its Annual Cyber Threat Report 2024–25, the Australian Signals Directorate recorded more than 120 incidents involving attacks on edge devices, and 96 per cent of them succeeded. We segment them, remove default credentials, manage firmware and control remote access, with Nueva Cyber in the same engagement.

One identity, from the front door to the file server.

When someone joins, moves or leaves, it should happen once. The badge and the login change together, and you can show an auditor that they did.

Designed, monitored and maintained, not installed and left.

We are clear about what our service covers: what we monitor, how fast we respond, how firmware is governed and what arrives in your inbox each month.

One partner for the office move, from cabling to cameras

When the firm relocated its office, Nueva Secure delivered CCTV, door access control and cabling, working alongside the fit-out team and planned together with the network and IT uplift. The same partner has looked after their cyber security and managed IT since 2022.

The badge and the login, removed together

A franchise network of more than 650 clubs across Asia, many open around the clock and unstaffed. Nueva has partnered with the business since 2020 on cyber security and managed IT, and in 2025 Nueva Secure added CCTV, door access control and alarms for clubs. At head office and corporate clubs, when someone leaves, one offboarding removes their accounts and their building pass.

Ways to work with us

Two ways to work with us

Every job starts the same way and ends one of two ways. You choose which.

01 · Start here

Assess

We walk the site with you and agree what you need. It is free, because it is how we scope.

02 · Next

Design and install

Licensed technicians, a documented design, commissioning and testing, and a handover you can put in front of an auditor.

03 · Then either

Choose how it continues

One-off · ends with handover

Project

One-off professional services. We design it, build it, commission it and hand it over, with documentation and an asset register your team can actually use. Fixed scope, fixed price, capital spend. It ends cleanly. Suits organisations with their own facilities or IT people who want the work done properly and then want to run it themselves.

Includes
  • Site assessment
  • Design and specification
  • Supply and installation
  • Commissioning and testing
  • As-built documentation and asset register
  • Handover and training
Project + ongoing care

Managed

Everything in a project, and then we keep it working. The estate is monitored, maintained, patched and reported on, and the replacement plan is written before something fails rather than after. It's a monthly service. Suits operators with more sites than spare hands, and anyone who has inherited an estate nobody has owned for a while.

Adds to everything in Project
  • Device health monitoring
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Managed firmware and patching
  • Credential and user administration
  • Monthly reporting
  • Asset lifecycle and replacement planning
  • 24×7 monitoring options

Not sure which? Most organisations start with a project and move to managed once they see what keeping an estate running actually takes. You can move across whenever you like, and you can put some sites on managed and leave the rest on project. We will tell you plainly which one we think fits, including when it is the cheaper one.

START HERE

Start with a clear view of your sites

Two ways in, both free.

Free site security assessment

For a site you already occupy. We walk it with you, look at what is installed today, and agree what you need: cameras, door access control, identity integration, alarms and monitoring. You get a high-level report built on a floor plan of your site, showing where each camera should go so there are no blind spots, with notes on everything else we agreed. It is free because it is how we scope: we would rather price your site from what is actually there than from a guess.

Free planning consultation

For a new build, fit-out or office move where there is nothing to walk yet. Send us floor plans and what you know, and a consultant will give you early recommendations and guidance, so security is designed in with the fit-out rather than added afterwards.

How the assessment works

  1. 01 · Book. Tell us about your sites and we will call you to set a time.
  2. 02 · We walk the site. A licensed Nueva Secure consultant walks it with you, using your existing floor plans where you have them. Nothing is switched off or changed.
  3. 03 · You get the report. A marked-up floor plan with camera placement and coverage, plus the access control, identity, alarm and monitoring requirements we agreed together.
  4. 04 · You decide. Upgrade what you have, bring us in to design and install, or take the report to your current provider. All three are fair outcomes.
